Stoneage Bushcraft Courses*
My courses are between 1-3 days long. A range of Wilderness self reliance, bushcraft, survival, outdoor subjects and skills will be taught in-depth.
I will take nature and show you that it can be the greatest place to be, all you need is that little bit of knowledge and courage.
I tailor course's to suit your needs and criteria which will cover safety, equipment, Fire, Shelter, Water and food, survival scenarios can also be tailored to suit.
Spend one or more nights in the woods and experience what most people miss out on. From the stars at night to the morning chorus of the birds. Cook your wild food on the open fire and experience the life of a woodsman and the bushcrafter in a safe environment with an experienced instructor. How about spending some time around a campfire with like minded people? Fancy yourself in the woods doing all this? Theres only one way to get here, contact us and enrole on one of our courses!

Bushcraft weekend course (BWC)  £160 per person + £100 per guest
Taster course 2 day (TC2)  £90 per person + £50 per guest
Taster course day (TC1)  £50 per person
Nomad course (NC)  £190 per person + £120 per guest

Bushcraft weekend course (Friday noon - Sunday noon);

Bushcraft taster course 2 day
- Knife and tool safety

- Cooking over camp fire
- Collection, purification and transportation of water

Bushcraft Taster course 1 day
- Fundamentals of being in the outdoors
- Tips for clothing and layering system
- Knife and tool skills
- Basic knot tying
- Basic shelter construction
- Wilderness Fire making techniques, from modern to primitive
Bushcraft Nomad course 1-4 days
First two days learning;
- Learn how to set up camp either on the floor or in a hammock (its your choice)
- Preparing your kit for night and the next days activities
- Camp routine and familiarisation of the area
- Night time routine
- Evening meal over camp fire
- Knife and tool safety
- Collection, purification and transportation of water
- Wilderness Fire making techniques, from modern to primitiveÂ

Then the next two days;
Using the skills you have learnt from the first two days and your kit, you will be closely monitored and mentored for the next two days putting what you have learnt into practice. Moving like nomads you will find and secure means of shelter and water to effect the art of good "Bushcraft" in the woods.

Survival courses
Take one wrong turn and you could be in serious danger, we take events that have happened and turn them into fictional events that one must survive in. We provide all the kit needed and the survival must muster the skills to survive in some of our harshest environments.
We have a few different scenarios that you can choose from including, Castaway, Hurricane or Earth quake, Aftermath of a flood and a few more. These can be chose along with the relevant below;
The lone survivor
We will provide the basics of survival including;
- Basic shelter
- A choice of 2 tools
- Water container
- Small amount of cordage
- Firesteel
Group survival
We will provide a small amount of gear to help effect your survival and rescue from the designated situation.
Gear will include;
- Shelter sheets
- Tools
- Containers
- Cordage
- Fire making equipment
- Blanket(s)
You will be mentored through the entire process over the three days, with help and advice when we see fit. Safety staff will be present at all times.
